摘要
论述了混合法测定相变贮热材料存在的主要问题:相变贮热材料熔化不完全——拐点b不确定;环境对被测体系热干扰;测定误差达10~20%。针对上述缺陷提出4种跟踪被测体系温度的方法:控制恒温水浴温度;控制热卡夹套水温;控制恒温箱气温;控制终点温度。跟踪温度围绕被测体系作±0.1℃或±1.0℃波动,测定误差降至<5%。并对相变贮热材料熔化、环境对被测体系热影响、跟踪调节和程序、测定误差等进行了讨论。
This paper describe that mixture method measurement at phase change storage materisls is primary problem that PCMS to fusion is not entirely—b, the point of curvature is deficiency and environment to system of measurement effect very hard and erro of measurement are from 10% to 20%. to track on the temperature four skill with improtment are akkressed that a water bath of constant and a constant temperature chamber is controled and a thermal meter of contant temperature is controled temperature is controled and a extreme temperature is controled, to track on the temperature is moved to system of measurement on±0.1℃ or 1.0℃ measurement of erro is less than 5%. this paper discussion that PCMS of Glauber's salt is fusioned and environment to system of measurement effect for thermal lose and to track on the temperature with progron is accommodated and erro of measurement is analysed.
