电厂管式空气预热器高速破堵技术的研究

Research on the High Speed Block-broke Technology for the Power Plant Air Preheater

针对我国大中型火力发电厂、坑口电站普遍存在的管式空气预热器大面积堵塞 ,严重威胁设备安全的现象。研制的一种水射流与机械结合的高速破堵系统 ,对设备大修、安全运行和提高设备热效率具有重要意义。

The phenomenon that the pipe air preheater are bolcked in large area existed in many big and medium sized thermal power plants, including mine sided power plants,which threat the safety of equipment seriously was analysed, A block broke system which combine the high pressure fluidicjet technology with machines was designed. This research have a important meaning to the big equipments fix, safely running and the hot efficiency increased of the equipments.
