Current Pressures That Elementary & Secondary School Teachers Of English Have To Face

在社会转型期的今天,各行各业都充满着竞争和压力,作为教师这一群体除了要面临业内的竞争压力外,还要承受来自社会、家长等多方面的压力。本文试图通过对中小学英语教师所面临的压力的分析,以期能引起社会各界对此的认识,并能采取相应的措施减轻他们的压力,使教师能有一个相对宽松的社会环境和心理状态,有利于他们的工作。

In today's changing society, every trade and profession is full of competitiveness and pressure. Teachers, as a special group, have to face pressures from within his profession as well as from the society. In this article, the author tries to analyze the pressures that English teachers in elementary school and middle school are faced with, expecting to draw more attention to it, and some concrete measures to be taken to relieve their inner pressures. Only under easy circumstances can the teachers give full play to their potentials and better contribute to the education.
