阶级性和民族性是政治文明的内在属性,在全球化背景下进行社会主义政治文明建设,必须清醒地认识到全球化的正反两方面影响,以阶级性和民族性体现社会主义政治文明的本质内涵和独特形态,促进新型社会主义政治文明的发展。

The class nature and nstional nature are the inherent feature of political civilization. We must clearly recogngiza the positive and negative impacts of globatization when engaging in construction of socialist political civilization under the condition of globalization. We must be sure that the essence and unique state of socialist civilization are in manifestestaion of class nature and national nature os as to promote the development of new socialist civilization.
