日本右翼势力的存在与发展经历了战后初期、从冷战开始至中日复交前、从中日复交至冷战结束前和后冷战时期四个阶段。半个多世纪以来,通过对“台独”分裂势力的支持,日本右翼势力逐步由民间发展为民间与政府遥相呼应,成为中日关系健康发展的巨大障碍。对此,我们要洞悉日本右翼势力膨胀的原因,以制定灵活务实的战略,排除日本右翼势力对海峡两岸和平统一的干扰,粉碎其阴谋分裂中国的政治图谋。

The existence and growth of the Japanese right wing force has experienced four periods:i. e, the early post war days, from the cold war to the resumption of Sino-Japanese diplomatic relations, from the resumption of Sino-Japanese diplomatic relations to the eve of the ending of the cold war and the post cold war period. Over 50 years in the past, the Japanese right wing force has developed into one with coordination between the people and the government from one among the people in support of the Taiwan Residents separatist forces that advocate the independence of Taiwan, becoming an great obstacle for the healthy development of Sino-Japanese relations. We must be clear of the cause for the expansion of the Japanese right wing force so as to make a realistic and flexible strategy for getting rid of its interference in the peaceful reunification of our motherland and smashing its political scheme in splitting China.
