硫代磷酰胺烷基炔丙基酯的合成

SYNTHESIS OF O-ALKYL-O-PROPARGYL PHOSPHORAMIDOTHIONATES

合成了11个新的硫代磷酰胺烷基炔丙基酯,采用IR和NMR对目标化合物进行了表征。~1H NMR清楚地显示与磷原子相连的炔丙氧基同时存在P—O旋转受阻和自由旋转,进一步由^(13)C NMR证实。

Eleven new compounds of O-alkyl-O-propargyl-phosphoramidoth|onates were synthesized, which were characterized by IR and NMR. The ~1H NMR spectra showed the simultaneous exstences of the free rotation and resticted rotation aboat P-O bond in the group HC≡C-CH_2O-P in each molecule, as was confirmed by ^(13)C NMR.
