绿豆热激应答及其对重金属毒害的保护作用 被引量:2

摘要 绿豆(Phaseolusradiatus(L.))幼苗在黑暗条件下经过热激温度(37℃)处理后,对重金属毒害获得保护作用。采用叶片段以三苯基四唑化氯(TTC)还原法检测细胞活性,比较绿豆热激温度与对照温度(28℃)对不同重金属毒害的保护作用,观察到热激幼苗叶片段对重金属镉、铁、铝、铜的保护作用分别为对照温度的12、7、2.6、2.0倍。对锌毒害的保护作用不太显著。 Exposure of phaseolus, radiatus (L) seedling to heat shock in the dark results in the acquisition of protection against metal toxicity in leaf segments. The acquired protection of the leaf segments to cadmium was 12-fold greater than the control(28℃), to iron was 7-fold greater than the control, to aluminium was 2,6-fold greater than the control, to copper was 2-fold greater than the control. Tolerance of the leaf segments to zinc was not significaniy different between the control and heat shocked tissue.
