某些脂肪酸二元系固-液相变热性质的研究

摘要 用DSC法对某些脂肪酸混合物相变温度和相变热进行了研究,结果表明:它们在相变期间无分层现象,体积变化小,混合物的溶点在30~70℃范围和潜热在170 J/g左右,几乎无过冷现象并有良好的化学稳定性,其二元体系位于低分予重量百分浓度40~70%的范围,显示的性质具有较好的热贮基性能。 It was reported that fatty acids of Solid-Liquid phase transition possesses a high latent heat in low temperature range. The raw materials for their manufacture consist of renewable vegetable and animal sources. This paper introduces that DSC methods were used to study fatty acids and their mixtures of phase change for thermal energy storage. Our study restlts show the saturated fatty acids exhibit small volume changes during the phase transition and have little or no supercooling during freezing. These acids have melting points between 30℃ to 70℃ and latent heats in the region of 160 to 185 J/g. Their binary system located in the region 40~70% of weight component present properties still suitable for heat storage
