摘要
针对大规模定制生产的特点,提出基于产品特征分离的BOM结构和产品结构单元库。基于客户需求和产品结构单元配置特征之间的映射关系,提出产品配置器来完成对客户配置需求的快速响应,以实现对设计过程的重组,并给出了需求特征匹配算法。对于配置产品的可视化表达,提出了基于VRML和SVG相结合的表达方案。给出了基子Web的定单配置系统的三层应用框架结构。
In allusion to the characteristics of mass customization,based on feature separation a new BOM is given to build the production cell library. Based on the feature mapping of customer requirements and the production cell library, a mapping algorithm is presented and a Production Configuration Agent is given to respond the configure requirements of customers , hereby the reengi-neering of design process is carried out. In this paper, a Scenario of configured production visualization based on VRML and SVG is also given. Finally, a three -tier application architecture based on Web is presented and the key techniques are also expatiated.
