摘要
零转换PWM DC/DC变换器是器件应力较小、效率较高的1种DC/DC变换器结构,应用较为广泛。介绍了近几年出现的几种新颖的零转换PWM变换器的拓扑结构,重点分析了它们的工作原理。
The zero-transition PWM DC/DC converters are widely used because of their low voltage stress and high efficiency. Some novel zero-transition PWM converters are presented, then operating principles are analyzed and their advantages and disadvantages are compared.
