CdS THIN FILMS FABRICATED BY CHEMICAL BATH DEPOSITION AND ULTRASONIC VIBRATION TREATMENT

摘要 在无搅拌、氨水作为络合剂的条件下得到六方相的CdS薄膜 ,并通过对比超声振动处理和未超声振动处理样品的X射线衍射谱指出文献中在搅拌条件下制备的CdS薄膜相难以确定的原因。通过SEM、EDX和UV/VIS等测试仪器的分析表明超声振动可以很好的改善薄膜的性质使之适合用作太阳电池的n窗口材料 ,从而降低成本。 The definite hexagonal phase CdS thin films have been prepared using ammonia as the complexing agent. According to the XRD pattern of the samples with ultrasonic vibration treatment and without treatment,the reason why was difficult to definite the phase of CdS thin films with stirring using ammonia as complexing agent was revealed. From the analysis of the SEM,EDX,UV/VIS,the treatment of the ultrasonic vibration device can greatly improve the property of CdS thin films and adapt it to n type window material of solar cells with low costs.
