摘要
采用轧膜成型工艺制备大功率超薄型峰鸣器用压电陶瓷。该陶瓷是三方 /四方相共存PSN -PBZT(0 .0 2Pb(Sb0 .5Nb0 .5)O3 - 0 .98PbxBa1-x(Zr0 .55Ti0 .45)O3 )压电陶瓷。研究了烧结温度对三方 /四方相共存PSN -PBZT陶瓷性能的影响 ,利用XRD和SEM研究了烧结温度对其结构的影响。结果表明 ,随着烧结温度的升高 ,材料的晶格常数轴率比Ct/at 逐渐升高 ,ar 有所降低 ,同时 ,材料的晶粒尺寸增大 ,材料的介电常数和机电耦合系数增大。但是 ,烧结温度太高将导致其介电常数和机电耦合系数降低 ,这是由于出现玻璃相和游离氧化锆稀释铁电相所致。
The piezoelectric ceramics of high power super thin buzzer for hand-micro telephone have been manufactured by means of containing lead rolling film forming manufacturing process.This piezoelectric ceramics is PSN-PBZT(0.02Pb(Sb_ 0.5 Nb_ 0.5 )O_3-0.98Pb_xBa_ 1-x (Zr_ 0.55 Ti_ 0.45 )O_3) ceramics having tetragonal and rhombohedral phases coexistent(abbreviated:PSN-PBZT).The influence of sintering temperature on the properties of PSN-PBZT piezoelectric ceramics has been studied.The influence of sintering temperature on the structure of PSN-PBZT has been studied.The results show that the lattice ratio(c_t/a_t)increasing,the lattice a_r reducing,crystalline grain growing of materials,at the same time,the dielectric constant and electriomechanical couping factor increasing,while sintering temperature increasing.But while sintering temperature over high,the dielectric constant and electromechanical coupling factor of sample are reduced,this is due to glass phase existence and the lixiviation of ZrO_2 thus diluting ferroelectric phase.
