摘要
根据铜绿山矿强磁尾矿的矿物特征 ,通过三种方案即再磨 -常规硫化浮选方案、水热硫化浮选方案和酸浸硫化浮选方案的对比试验 ,得出再磨 -常规硫化浮选方案是从铜绿山矿强磁尾矿中综合回收铜、金、银的最经济有效方案。该方案的技术特点是进行了预先磨矿及羟肟酸钠和黄药的联合使用。浮选尾矿再经重磁选 ,可再次回收铁。
This paper presents the research on comprehensive recovery of copper, gold, silver and iron from tailings from high-intensity magnetic separation in Tonglushan Mine. By comparison of experimental results of three flowsheets-regrinding of tailings-conventional sulphidizing flotation, watering heating enhanced sulphidizing flotation and acid leaching-sulphidizing precipitation flotation, it is concluded that regrinding of tailings-conventional sulphidizing flotation flowsheet has the best economical and technical performance and practicability. Regrinding and using the mixture of sodium hydroxamate and sodium xanthate are two of the notable technical characteristics of this best flowsheet.
