摘要
分析当前国内外磨机载荷自动检测的现状 ,在充分调研和进行初步试验的基础上 ,提出一种新的检测磨机载荷的方法———压电式应变传感器自动检测技术 。
This paper analyzes the status of the measurement of the weight inside the rotary machine, it presents a new way to measure the weight inside the rotary machine——weight signal is converted into frequency signal, then emitted by virtue of the carrier wave, and detective signal received, after it is amplified, is transmitted to the digital instrument for displaying, and finally the wanted results are got. It is very important whether the weight inside the rotary machine can be measured precisely and automatic or not.
