摘要
本文通过对原料供应链的构成、矿山企业本身的特点以及矿山企业对供应链的影响力的深入分析 ,剖析了矿山企业培植利润增长点的环节和空间。认为矿山企业必须采取在自然资源的勘探、内部业务流程优化管理以及扩展供应链等环节上加大投入 ,培养自己作为供应链上中心企业的能力 ,增强企业的竞争力。
This paper deeply analyses the structure of raw material supply chain and the characteristics of mine enterprises,the influence of mine enterprises in the chain has been studied too.According to the outcomes of analysis ,the author thinks that mine enterprise wants to be a centered business or to enhance its competition, it must increase investment on the exploration of natural resources and the optimizing of its internal business flows and extending of its supply chain.
