摘要
新疆的双语化进程问题、推普问题、民族语言问题、小语种生存问题、语文规划与民族现代化问题都是摆在我们面前的现实问题,想清楚了,解决好了,就会加快前进的步伐,缩小与世界的差距。
We are now faced with realistic problems concerning with language : the progress of bilingualism in Xinjiang, the popularization of the common spoken Chinese,the language of minority nationalites,the survival of minor language,the planning of spoken and written language and the modernization of nationalities.If these problems can be dealt with in a better way,our steps to keep up with the times will be quickened.
