本文以刘永福在《人民音乐》2 0 0 1年第 11期发表的书评《关于建构中国音乐基本理论体系的思考———_由杜亚雄〈中国民族基本乐理〉而引发》 ,对杜亚雄在 1995年出版的《中国民族基本乐理》提出批评意见为契机 ,对“刘文”于“杜著”的批评 ,提出不同观点 ,同时 ,也就建构中国音乐基本理论体系发表了自己的看法。

The article caused by a book review published in The People's Music, No.11 of 2001, which was about the Chinese Basic Traditional Musical Theory by Du Yaxiong published in 1995. The writer held the different idea from the ones in the book review, and proposed own opinions on the building up the system of Chinese basic music theory.
