Russian Linguists' Approaches to the Study of Implicature Phenomena

隐含是一种十分复杂的现象 ,与语言形式的结构、语义和语用都有密切的关系。与西方英语学者的隐含研究主流不同 ,俄罗斯语言学家以归纳、分析为主要方法 ,从结构、逻辑 -语义、语用的角度分析篇章或者语句 (主要是文学作品 )里的隐含现象 ,探讨了隐含的概念、分类、理解等问题 ,走出了一条独具特色的隐含研究道路 ,值得我们借鉴和关注。

Implicature phenomena are rather complicated, involving structure, semantics and pragmatics of linguistic forms. Opposed to the mainstream in the implicature study represented by western English scholars, Russian linguists adopt different approaches to the study of implicature in oral and written discourse (mainly literature works). Approaches taken by Russian linguists are characterized by descriptive methods and theoretical aim to establish the definition, classification, interpretation of implicature phenomena, etc. The characteristic study of Russian linguists demonstrates the possibility of descriptive approaches to the study of implicature phenomena, and deserves our close attention.
