摘要 报道现代热裂解气相色-质谱(PY-GC/MS)分析技术在文物保护和艺术品研究中的应用。PY-GC/MS分析在给出待测物的特征指纹峰的基础上,对样品进行有效、快速的识别。因为它需要的样品量极小,尤其适合于文物保护研究和艺术品材料的分析,如壁画中粘合剂和颜料分析、保护材料分析及考古遗物分析等。 Pyrolysis coupled with gas - chromatography and mass - spectrometry(PY - GC/MS) is a sensitive analytical tech-nique allowing the analysis of different classes of compounds in crude state without the sample manipulation or derivatiza-tion. It requires a small size sample, and provides a diagnostic fingerprint of the material. Moreover, the high sensitivi-ty, the low detection limit, and the high speed of the analysis offer a great advantage when very small amounts of samples are available, especially in the study of art objects. This paper mainly presents the use of PY - GC/MS in the identifica-tion of binding media, pigment or dyes in paintings, as well as the use to the investigation of preserved materials in art object.
