中国入世对图书馆有着重大影响 ;图书馆要为世界及中国经济服务 ;要抓住机遇迎接挑战 ,加快信息产业化进程 ;图书馆应成为人才培养基地 ;搞好图书馆人才资源准备 ,实现图书馆素质化建设。
The present paper,pointing out the great influence exerted on China′s libraries due to its entering into the WTO,discusses how to develop library work with a view to serving the economy of the world as well as China.
