摘要
自亚当·斯密以来 ,西方经济学中对“经济人假设”的争论一直没有停止过 ,然而 ,经济人假设不但没有被动摇 ,反而在争论中得到了修正与发展。管理学中的人性假设以“经济人假设”为发端 ,沿着“社会人”、“自我实现人”、“复杂人”等脉络展开 ,呈现出多维性特征。
The hypothesis of economic man has been controversial ever since Adam Smith. But, contrary to being shaken, it has been modified and developed in the debate. The personality hypothesis in management studies, starting from 'economic man', is unfolded along the track of 'social man', 'self-fulfilled man', 'complex man', and etc., showing a multidimensional feature.
