国内外理论界对物流及供应链的含义有不同的观点 ,但比较一致的看法是 ,现代物流是保障国民经济健康发展的重要体系 ,是企业新的利润增长点之一。我国在发展现代物流过程中 ,既要学习借鉴国外企业成功的经验 ,也要兼顾中国国情 ,尽快建立一个市场化运作的高效率的现代物流体系。

Analysts in the field of logistics from both home and abroad hold different views as to the meaning of the study. Yet they share the same idea in viewing modern material distribution as the important system that provides the guarantee for the stable development of national economy of a country and it serves as a growing point of profits for business firms. In the course of developing our own modern physical distribution system, we should make reference to the successful experience of foreign countries while taking into consideration of our own specific situation to establish a market-oriented efficient modern logistic system.
