The disorganization of Soviet Union is a tragedy. The tragic atmosphere still covers the nations without intention to disperse. There are many reasons behind it, but one point reminds us that: A nation can stand among nations only when the nation keeps the cultural characteristics of its own. When studying Russia, we should fully recognize and understand its cultural tradition. Russian is full of characteristics and is also a different nation.
