人口作为发展中的一个要素 ,倍受关注。尤其在相对滞后的我国 ,人口的过快增长已远远超过我国经济和自然资源的承载能力 ,成为现代化进程的最大障碍。因此 ,开展人口教育 ,改革传统思想 ,是最直接最有效的措施之一。

It is an important factor in social development,espelially in relatively backward China.Fast growth of Population made us overload in economy.It has become a heavy burden on our modernization.It is time to have population education,and change our traditional ideas.
