摘要
布鲁姆掌握学习理论对转变教师观念和提高课堂教学策略水平方面具有指导意义 ,深入研究、借鉴掌握学习的基本理论 ,有助于教师克服“应试教育”的消极影响 ,增强参与素质课堂教育教学改革的自觉性。
Based on a thorough study on B.S. Brume's Mastery Learning Theory, the paper provides an analysis of the instructive significance of the theory for the conversion of teachers' views and the improvement of class teaching. It also proves, explores, use the basic points of the Mastery Learning Theory for reference and will help teachers to resist the passive influence of education for tests and thereafter enhance their consciousness of the reformation in quality education and class teaching.
