高职教育质量保证和监督体系的探讨

Exploration of the Quality Guarantee System and the Quality Supervision System in Higher Vocational Education

高职教育质量直接关系到高职院校的生存和发展。要提高教育质量 ,必须建立起适合于高等职业教育的教育质量保证与监督体系。从高职教育的特点出发 ,借鉴国内外高等教育质量保证体系与监督体系方面的研究成果和经验 ,结合本院实践论述了高职教育的质量评价体系的制订原则、框架 ,以及教育质量监督体系和保障机制。

The quality of higher vocational education directly concerns its existence and development.The quality guarantee system and the quality supervision system have to be established if the quality of higher vocational education is to be raised.Starting from the characteristics of higher vocational education,this paper expounds the formulation principles and framework of the quality evaluation system,the quality supervision system,and the quality guarantee mechanism,with reference to the findings and experiences in this field at home and abroad,as well as the practice in the college the authors work in.
