城镇土地估价信息系统的设计与应用

Design and Application of an Information Processing System for Urban Land Assessment

为实现城市土地信息管理和土地估价工作的科学化、自动化和可视化 ,研究开发了城镇土地估价信息系统 .介绍了该系统的功能设计和技术难点 ,在设计过程中把属性数据和空间数据进行了绑定 ,使土地估价信息与图形共同显示 ,增强了可视化效果 .该系统已在江苏徐州、邳州及河南永城等地的土地管理局 (估价所 )初步应用 。

In order to realize the scientization,automatization and visualization of urban land assessment,the authors developed an information processing system.Presented here are the function considerations and the technical difficulties of this system.During the designing,the attribute data and the dimention data are bound,which makes the land assessment information and the graphics displayed simultaneously,which helps raise the visualization quality.This system has been put in use in the land management bureaus(or assessment offices)in Xuzhou and Pizhou of Jiangsu Province and in Yongcheng of Henan Province,and has proved efficient.
