从“严进宽出”到“宽进严出”——试论我国高校人才培养模式的改革

From closed-door to open-door enrollment policies——On the reform of educational models of university students in China

“严进宽出”和“宽进严出”是两种截然不同的高校人才培养模式 ,有其各自的表现形式和特点 ,我国正处于由“精英教育”向“大众教育”的过渡时期 ,改革旧的人才培养模式 ,建立新的、适应高等教育发展大众化的人才培养模式 ,是社会发展对高等教育改革提出的新的要求。

This paper focuses on adiscussion of forms and features of the closed-door and open-door undergraduate enrolling policies. It is assumed that China is experiencing a transitional period from rarity to public education, and that the out-of-date educational model ought to give way to a new and proper model applicable to all. Hence, some reforming strategies are proposed, together with four trouble-shooting solutions during the reforming processes.
