摘要 用计算机产生的随机数来模仿随机抽样过程 ,对种质资源世代更替中基因漂变进行了模拟。程序Ⅰ模拟了不同起始基因频率和群体含量下基因漂变随世代的波动情况。程序Ⅱ模拟了基因保留概率随起始基因频率和群体含量不同而变化的情况 ,结果表明 ,基因保留概率与群体含量的关系随基因频率的不同呈现出不同的特征曲线。程序Ⅲ模拟不同起始基因频率在保留概率大于 0 .95时群体的含量情况。 Gene drift in genetic resources during the alternation of generations is simulated by imitating the process of random sampling with the random number produced by computer.ProgramⅠ simulated gene drift fluctuation between generation in the different starting gene frequencies and the content of colony. ProgramⅡ simulated the probability of gene retaining changing with the different starting gene frequency and the content of colony.The results showed that the relationship between colony content and probability of gene retaining appeared to be a series of special curve.The gene of a certain frequency has its own curve of characteristics. Program Ⅲ simulated the colony content of different starting gene frequencies with the probability of gene retaining above 0.95.
