摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法对鲿科四种鱼血清中LDH同工酶进行电泳分析,结果表明:四种鱼血清LDH同工酶图谱的区带分布具有种的特异性;四种鱼血清LDH同工酶A、B亚基比例关系反映的各品种间亲缘的关系与形态学特征分析结果吻合,为鲿科四种鱼分类提供进一步的理论依据.
For the investigation and studying the relationship of four Bagridae. catfishes, theLDHisozyme in the serum of four genera of Bagridae (Pelteobagrus vachelli, P. nitidus, Leiocassis, crassilabris. Mystus macropterus) were analyezed by discontinous polyacrylamide gel disk electrophoresis. The result showed thiat from the serum of fishes 5 standard bands of LDH isozymes could be isolated clearly by discontinous polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis; The serum of four breeds fish had their specific bands ofLDH isozymes; In the LDH isozymes of the serum of four genera of Bagridae, the rate of amount of the A and B subunits reflected the blood relationship of fishes. The result shows that the biochemical system basically agrees with the result of systematic studies based on the morphological and anatomical characteristics. The former gives out the evidence for the classical system in molecular level.
