摘要
由于国际竞争环境的深刻变化,跨国公司子公司的角色正发生着根本性变化:海外子公司正由母公司战略的被动执行者转变为积极参与者,由母公司知识与技术的转移者转变为知识与能力的贡献者。在华的跨国公司子公司和跨国公司在其它东道国的子公司一样,已经成为跨国公司全球学习的触点。跨国公司为了更快地在我国取得成功,往往会依托我国国内企业的力量,随着我国政策的松动,我国一些有实力的企业会逐步成为跨国公司合作或者并购的目标。
This paper investigates processes of change and strategic evolution in TNCs and in their differentiated network of subsidiaries. A systemic, multi-layered theoretical approach is then developed, according to which the TNG and its subsidiaries are subject to a complex nexus of endogenous and exogenous influences. This paper analyzes the effects brought by TNc's Subsidiary in China. Then this paper argues that the national companies will be changed to certain extent.
