摘要
In order to establish and improve its socialist market economic system, China must adopt an effective competition policy and a well designed antimonopoly law. The paper introduces the main contents of the draft Antimonopoly Law, jointly developed by the State Economic and Trade Commission and State Administration for Industry and Commerce, including the definition of monopoly, scope of application of the law, monopoly agreement, misuse of dominant market position, administrative monopoly, the control of over concentration of enterprises and setup of the antimonopoly agency.
