摘要
商标权的法律保护是国际经济活动中的一个重要问题。我国为适应加入WTO的需要 ,对商标法进行了修订 ,但还存在许多值得重视和继续研究的问题。世界经济一体化需要全新的法律体系适应之 ,通过对世界各国商标法律保护的研究 ,提出完善我国商标法律制度的建议。
The legal protection of the right of trademark is an important part in international economic activities. To suit the needs of entering the WTO, China has amended the law of trademark, but there still exist some issues that are worthy of being emphasized and continuously studied. The integration of global economy needs a new legal system to suit with. On the basis of the research of the laws concerning trademark protection, this article brings forward some suggestions to perfect our country's legal system about trademark.
