摘要
以鹿苑鸡为研究对象,采用外周血淋巴细胞培养-空气干燥法制备染色体标本,研究核型性别鉴定和染色体参数与生产性能的相关性。结果,前10对染色体核型参数(主要是染色体相对长度)与部分性状存在显著或极显著相关,尤其是7号染色体相对长度与开产日龄的相关系数达0.436。
The chromosome samples of Luyuan chickens were made by means of air drying technigus,karyotype anal-ysis,sex indentification,and correlations between karyotype and the performance were studied.The results showed that the karyotype parameters(relative length mostly)of the first ten chromosomes had a significant or extremely significant correlation with part of productive traits,and especially the para meter between pair7and the age of first egg was0.436.
