Stick to and Perfect People's Conference System

人民代表大会制度作为我国的根本政治制度已经历了40多年的发展,实践证明,人民代表大会制度是适合我国国情的,但仍有一些缺陷,需要从外部环境和内部结构两方面完善。一是理顺各级人民代表大会及其常委会与其他国家机关组织的关系;二是加强人民代表大会制度的自身建设。

As a basic political system, the People's Conference System has already experienced the development of more than 40 years. It has been proved that People's Conference System fits the factual situation of our country except for some shortcoming, which need to de perfected from the exterior environment and internal construction: on one hand, dealing with the relationship between all locative People's Conferences and their standing committees and other state organizations; on the other hand, enhancing the construction of the People's Conference System.
