摘要
采用CLELAB表色系统 ,测定了高压静电场和亚精胺处理对冬枣颜色变化的影响。结果表明 ,各处理对CIELAB表色系统中的L、a、b、和△Eab影响不同 ,同对照相比较 ,亚精胺处理和高压静电场处理均能抑制冬枣颜色由绿转红 ,但亚精胺处理的效果比高压静电场处理的效果好。
We studied the color-changing regulation of'Dongzao'jujube and evaluated several treatments such as high-voltage static electric field(HVSEF)and spermidine.The results showed that each treatment has special effect on each index of CIELAB system.The result of chromatic aberration shows that spermidine is the best chemical to keep the color of'Dongzao'jujube and high-voltage static electric field hardly can keep the color of'Dongzao'jujube.
