The Bulblet Morphogenesis of Lilium formolongi in Scale Propagation

采用解剖学方法研究新铁炮百合鳞片扦插繁殖中小鳞茎的组织发生过程。研究结果表明 :小鳞茎起源于鳞片基部内层薄壁细胞而非愈伤组织 ,发生发展过程可分为启动期、生长锥形成期、叶原基形成期和小鳞茎形成期。

The bulblet morphogenesis of Lilium formolongi in scale propagation is showed in present paper.The results showed that the bulblets originated from the inner parenchyma tissue of scale not callus tissue.The process of bulblet morphogenesis was divided to four stages.
