摘要
文中介绍高性能18位D/A转换器的设计思路。对该转换器进行不确定度分析,并给出测试结果(2×10^(-5))。
In this article, that design thinking of high performance 18 - bit D/A converter is introduced. Uncertainty of the converter will be analysed. And results (2×10-5) of measurement will be shown.
