摘要
叙述了几种热敏传感器的发展前景,对其中较有发展前景的NTC热敏传感器的传感机理进行分析,并通过实验提出了提高NTC热敏传感器性能的几种措施。
Although the use of negative temperature coefficient (NTC) thermistors represents a very favorably priced method , commonly used NTC thermistors have relatively high resistances at operating temperature , so that it is not proper for high current equipments . In order to alleviate these problems , the electrical properties control method of NTC thermistors is established . We have succeeded in developing a kind of NTC thermistors with the required properties.
