Summer Palace's successful base choice laid sound foundation for the park's inside-landscape. The gardening adjusted well with the setting; the primary and secondary buildings are easily indentiable and their functions are explicit. The esthetics principle and the view analysis principle were well applied and some gardening skills were employed to arrange the garden's scene point skillfully, such as the contrastion, the scene of borrowing,etc.
