摘要
本文在阐述资源水利这个新观点的基础上 ,用资源水利观点分析了我区水资源管理工作中存在的问题 ,并提出了今后的对策。
The new conception,hydraulic engineering of water resources was discussed in this paper.The problems existed in Inner Mongolia water resources management was analyzed and the strategies to solve those problems mentioned above were presented.
