超声引导下穿刺抽吸肾囊肿疗效观察

Curative Effect of Renal Cysts Treated by Ultrasound Sclerosing Therapy

目的 :超声引导下肾囊肿穿刺抽吸硬化治疗及疗效观察。方法 :肾囊肿 5 8例 ,囊肿大小 4 .0～ 10 .8cm,使用 2 0G,7.5～ 15 .0 cm长度的穿刺针 ,抽出囊液 2 3～ 4 5 0 m L,注入 99%的医用无水酒精。治疗后三个月、半年、最长为 1a对所有病例进行随访。结果 :总有效率为 10 0 % ,治愈率为 89.7% ,无并发症。结论 :此方法疗效好 ,操作简便 ,定位准确 ,创伤小 。

Purpose To observe the efficacy of ultrasound guided puncture and drawing sclerosis therapy of renal cysts. Methods Fifty eight patients were treated percutanous aspiraion fluid method. The size of cysts ranged from 4.0 cm to 10.8 cm , and the amount of aspirated fluid from 23 mL to 450 mL. The needles were 20 G in diameter and 7 to 15 cm in lenth. Pure alcohol (99 %) was injected into the cavities after aspiration. For 3 months, 6 months or a year after their treatment , we visited all the patients and got some information. Results The efficacy rate was 100 %, and the cure rate was 89.7 %, there was no complication. Conclusion This therapy can be considered as an ideal method, because it is great efficacious, easy to operate, accurate to fix the position of cysts, and give little wound and pains to the patients.
