摘要
目的 :探讨黄疸对己糖激酶 ( Hexokinase,HK)法测定血糖 ( GL U)的影响。方法 :收集制备不同黄疸程度和含 GL U浓度高低不一的黄疸血清 90份 ,其中 GL U含量最低为 1.0 m mol/ L,最高 2 7.5 mmol/ L,黄疸程度最低含总胆红素 ( T- BIL I) 34μmol/ L ,最高含 T- BIL I 86 4μmol/ L。用氧电极 ( Oxygen- electrode)法做对照方法 ,同一标本同时用以上两种方法测定 ,收录对应结果。结果 :经统计学处理 ,两种方法有显著性差异 P<0 .0 5 ;相关性良好 r=0 .9911;回归分析y=0 .92 x+ 0 .2 9;HK法测定结果比氧电极法低。结论 :中度黄疸、重度黄疸影响了 HK法对 GL U的测定 ,使测定结果偏低 ,并有随着黄疸程度的加深、黄疸标本中 GL U含量的增加 ,测定结果偏低的趋势有加大的倾向。轻度黄疸不干扰 GL U的测定、低浓度的 GL U不受黄疸程度的干扰。总体看来 。
Objective To evaluate the influence of icterus on the determination of glucose by Hexokinase (HK)methods. Methods To collect 90 samples of icterus serum of different icterus degrees and different glucose concentration, among which the lowest GLU was 1 mmol/L and the highest was 27.5 mmol/L,and the lowest degree icterus contained 38 μmol/L of T BILI, and the highest 864 μmol/L of T BILI. To use oxygen electrode method as a comparison, and the same specimen was determinied by the two methods at the same time and the corresponding result was recorded. Results Staststics suggest that there was a marked difference between the two methods (P<0.05) and a good interrelationship (r=0.9911). Regressive analysis y=0.92x+0.29.The result was lower by using HK method compared with oxygen electrode method. Conclusion Icterus of medium and serious degree influence the determination of glucose by usimg HK method and causes the result a litter bit to the low side, and this tendency grows bigger with the increase of icterus degree and the GLU content of iterus specimens. The influence is not so big on the whole.
