蜡蚧轮枝菌素对5种蚜虫毒杀作用的初步研究

A Preliminary Study on Five Aphis of The Zymotic Production of Verticillium Lecanii

从俄罗斯全俄植保所引入的蜡蚧轮枝菌Tri -BA81,经液体发酵培养 ,并经萃取、提纯得到代谢产物即蜡蚧轮枝菌素 ,并将其用于对 5种蚜虫的毒杀作用研究。结果表明 ,该代谢产物表现出很高的毒杀作用。室内生测 ,1%的蜡蚧轮枝菌素液对甘蓝蚜及瓜蚜的校正死亡率分别为76 35 %和 91 5 3% ,2 %蜡蚧轮枝菌素液对桃蚜的校正死亡率为 91 79%。 1%和 3%的蜡蚧轮枝菌素液对麦长管蚜的校正死亡率分别为 6 5 4 5 %和 10 0 % ,对大豆蚜的校正死亡率分别为 6 5 5 6 %和99 5 3% ;田间平均防效为 72 5 %和 79 4 %。

The zymotic production by ferment cultivate and extraction from Tri-BA81 of Verticillium lecanii introduced from institute of Plant Protection of Russia,is applied to prevent five aphis. The result shows,the zymotic production has high poison effects. Biometrics indoor,1% liquids of it have 76.35% and 91.53% death rate on Breviloryne bvassicae and Aphis gossypii,2% liquids of it have 91.79% death rate on Myzus persicae. 1% and 3% liquids of it have 65.45% and 100% death rate on Macrosiphum avenae,and have 65.56% and 99.56% death rate on Aphis glycines;have 72.5% and 79.4% death rate in field.
