摘要 〔目的〕建立营养强化盐中碘的极谱分析方法。〔方法〕采用线性扫描示波极谱法。〔结果〕采用过量的高锰酸钾和次氯酸钠联合氧化样品中碘为IO-3 后 ,剩余的高锰酸钾和次氯酸钠用过量的亚硫酸钠反应除去。利用IO-3 的电活性 ,建立在碱性体系下以四硼酸钠—吐温 -10 0为底液的线性扫描示波极谱法测定营养强化盐中碘的新方法。在最佳实验条件下 ,碘浓度在 0 5— 80 0 μg/L内成良好线性关系 (r =0 9999)。对 12个不同品种强化食盐中的碘 6次平行测定的RSD小于 4% ,其加标回收率为 93 0 %~ 10 0 2 %。对GBW10 0 6a、GBW10 0 7a、GBW10 0 8a标准食盐样品中碘 6次测定值与标准值吻合 ,t检验无统计学意义 (P >0 0 5 )。对 12个不同品种强化食盐经消解处理后按GB/T13 0 2 5 7-1999测定碘的结果与该法测定值无显著差异。在该实验条件下对极谱波性质研究表明 :碘的极谱波为IO-3 的不可逆 6e还原波。〔结论〕本法灵敏、线性范围宽、结果准确、操作简单快速、抗干扰能力较强。 睴bjeective〕To set up a practical method for determination of the trace amounts of iodide in samples of intensifying nourishment-salts 〔Method〕Lenearity-Sweep polarography was used 〔Results〕 Iodine in the sample is oxidized to excessive potassium permanganate associating with sodium hypochlorite Residual potassium permanganate and sodium hypochlorite are eliminate by superfluous sodium sulfite react to it Using to the electric nature of IO - 3, a new measure is set up that use by Linearity-sweep Polarography for determination of amounts of iodine in samples of intensifying varieties-salts in medium of borax and Tween-100 The peak currents is proportional to the concentration of iodide in the rage of 0 5-800μg/L under the best test conditions The relative standard deviations (RSD , 6 determinations) for 12 sorts of samples are less than 4% The recovery rates of 12 sorts of samples are in the range of 93 0%~100 2% The results (6 determinations ) of standard reference material (GBW1006a , GBW1007a, GBW1008a ) is up to the standard The iodine results of 12 sorts of the sampls is up to the standard by the method and GB/T13025 7-1999 of China The study shows that the Polarographic wave of iodine is reversible reduction wave with 6 election of IO - 3 under the test condition 〔Conclusion〕 The method is sensitive, it has a wide linear range , result is accurate , manipulation is briefness , anti-jamming capability is better
