乳腺癌患者术前血清可溶性Apo-1/Fas水平检测及其术后变化的临床意义

Changes of Serum Soluble Apo-1/Fas Concentration Levels in Breast Cancer Patcents Before and After Operation and the Clinical Significances of the Changes

目的 :检测乳腺癌患者血清可溶性Apo 1/Fas水平 ,探讨手术对血清可溶性Apo 1/Fas的影响。方法 :采用酶联免疫吸附试验法 (ELISA) ,检测 32例正常人及 5 8例乳腺癌患者手术前血清可溶性Apo 1/Fas水平 ,并比较 37例乳腺癌患者手术前后血清sApo 1/Fas水平。结果 :血清sApo 1/Fas浓度与临床分期有关 ,与乳腺癌患者年龄、病理类型无相关 ;各期乳腺癌患者血清可溶性Apo 1/Fas水平明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;Ⅳ期乳腺癌患者血清可溶性Apo 1/Fas水平明显高于其它各期 (P <0 0 1) ,Ⅲ期明显高于Ⅱ期 (P <0 0 5 ) ,Ⅱ期明显高于Ⅰ期 (P <0 0 1) ;乳腺癌患者术后血清可溶性Apo 1/Fas水平明显低于术前 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :血清可溶性Apo 1/Fas可能与乳腺癌的发生发展有关 ,血清可溶性Apo 1/Fas检测可作为乳腺癌病情判断和疗效评价的参考指标之一。

Objective: To investigate the changes of serum soluble Apo 1/Fas(sApo 1/Fas) concentration levels in breast cancer patients before and after operation and to evaluate the clinical significances of such changes.Methods:ELISA technigue was adopted to measure sApo 1/Fas contration levels for 32 normal female volunteers as the control group,and for 58 breast cancer patients pre operatively.Among these 58 eases,37 cases had been taken post operative measurements also.The concentration levels of 32 control female voturteers,and those of the 58 cancer eases had been compared.And,the preoperative values of sApo 1/Fas concentration levels in 37 breast cancer patients were compared with their own post operative sApo 1/Fas values.Results:The sApo 1/Fas concentration levels in any clinical stage of breast cancer patients were evidently higher than those of in normal female volunteers,( P <0 05).The height of the Concentration level was correlated with the clinical staging status of the breast cancer patient only,the more advanced stage the breast cancer patient was,the higher the sApo 1/Fas concentration level would be,( P <0 01～0 05) The value of pre operative sApo 1/Fasconcentration level was remarkably.dropped after taken radical mastectomy,( P <0 01) Conclusions:According to our results,we considered that the elevation of female sApo 1/Fas concentration level may serve as one of the differentiative diagnostic factors for the diagnosis of breast cancer and also to indicate the status of its clinical satage.The post operative sApo 1/Fas concentration level may probably serve as one of the prognostic factors for evluating the result of treatment.
