保肾汤防治肾衰老的临床研究

Clinic research on applying Baoshen Decoction to treating symptoms of kidney asthenia

目的 :探讨纯中药制剂保肾汤对老年肾的防治作用。方法 :严格按要求入选病例 4 6人 ,均给予保肾汤冲剂 ,观察病人用药前后临床症状及血肌酐、尿素氮、甘油三酯、胆固醇、尿常规的改变。结果 :保肾汤对老年人肾虚的各组症状的总有效率高达 84 .6 % ,尿蛋白转阴率为 84 .6 %。治疗前后收缩压下降达 2 1.8± 4 .2mmHg ,血肌酐下降 4 1.0± 2 8.0umol/L ,胆固醇、甘油三酯也显著下降。结论 :保肾汤能显著改善病人肾虚的症状 ,提高病人生存质量 ,能显著降低血压及血肌酐水平 ,有效降低尿蛋白 ,从而起到了保护肾功能的作用。

Background: The related stastistics shows that 17.3% aged people were found suffering variable type of nephrology in routine periodic physical examination. But there is no specific therapy to treat aged nephrology. Thus it is necessary to carry out the research on aged nephrology. Purpose: To observe the efficacy of treatment of Baoshen Decoction to aged nephrology. Methods: 46 patients were treated with Baoshen Decoction for 4 weeks and assayed for creatine, triglyceride, and cholesterol in the blood and nitrogen in the urine before and after the treatment. Their symptoms and signs were recorded in detail. Results: The rate of efficacy of Baoshen Decoction to symptoms of asthenia of kidney was 84.6%, and the rate of turning the proteuria to negative was 84.6%. Systolic blood pressure was dropped 21.8±4.2mmHg, and creatine in the blood was dropped 41.4±28.0umol/L. Cholesterol, triglycreide in the blood was also dropped. Conclusions: Treatment of Baoshen Decoction could reduce the symptoms of asthenia of kidney and improve the life quality of the patients. It could reduce the level of blood pressure and createmia significantly, as well as proteuria efficiently. Thus it could protect the renal function well.
