慢性肝胆疾病患者的知识和行为调查与健康教育对策

Survey of Knowledge and Behavior Concerning Chronic Hepatic and Gallbladder Diseases among Patients Therewith and Relevant Health Education Strategies

目的 了解慢性肝胆疾病患者有关的知识和行为 ,并探讨相关的健康教育对策。方法 随机抽取宁波市 86名门诊及住院慢性肝胆疾病患者进行问卷调查。结果 对肝胆生理、肝胆疾病的发病、临床表现、预防和治疗等知识的正确回答率在 47 4%～ 5 7 7% ,平均 5 3 5 %。仅 2 6 9%的人经常参加体育锻炼 ,3 9 7%从不锻炼 ;2 4 4%的人经常接受体格检查 ,2 8 2 %从未接受 ;3 2 0 %的人喜欢吃肥肉 ;75 6%的人从不饮酒 ,1 4 1 %的人每天饮酒 ;5 1 3 %的人感到恐惧或悲观 ,1 6 7%的人保持乐观。结论 慢性肝胆疾病患者缺乏有关知识 ,他们的健康行为有待改进。

Objective To investigate the knowledge and behavior concerning chronic hepatic and gallbladder diseases among patients therewith and explore the relevant health education strategies.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 86 patients with chronic hepatic and gallbladder diseases in two hospitals in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province Results The correct answering rates of the physiology of liver and gallbladder, and pathogenesis, clinical manifestation, prevention, and treatment of chronic hepatic and gallbladder diseases were 47 4%～57 7% with an average rate of 53 5% Only 26 9% of them regularly performed physical exercise, 39 7% of them never performed exercise 24 4% of them underwent regular physical examination, and 28 2% of them never underwent regular physical examination 32 0% of them liked fatty food 75 6% of them did not drink, and 14 1% of them drank everyday 51 3% of them felt terror and sorrow, 16 7% of them were optimistic. Conclusion The patients with chronic hepatic and gallbladder diseases lack relevant knowledge Their health behaviors are to be improved Health education in the form of health education school, health education prescription, etc have to be carried out
