摘要
采用混凝沉降Fenton法 ,对保险粉废水进行处理 ,筛选出最佳的混凝条件及氧化条件 ,实验发现 ,采用聚合氯化铝 (PAC)和活性硅酸复合混凝该废水 ,在pH为 6 ,PAC和活性硅酸投加量分别为 7‰、6‰时混凝效果较好。混凝后的废水用Fenton法处理 ,在pH 4 ,投加 2 7.5 %的双氧水 4 0mL L废水 ,反应温度 70~ 80℃ ,反应时间为 90min ,取得了满意的效果 ,其COD总去除率为 88.34%。
The process of fenton coagulation was used to treat hydrosulphite wastewater and the best conditions of coagulation and oxidation were selected. Under the condition of PH 6, the effect of the coagulating treatment of the wastewater was better than that of PAC and active silica were used as coagulants and their feeding amount were 0.7 % and 0.6 %, respectively. Then the wastewater treated by Fenton process. when pH was equal to 4, added 40 ml/l 27.5 % H 2O 2 into it, when the reactive temperature ranged 70~80 ℃ and reactive time was 90 min, the satisfactory treatment effect was obtained. The removal ratio of CODCr reached to 88.34 %.
