中国:经济发展水平的国际比较问题

传统的以人均GNP来衡量一国经济发展水平的方法有着严重的缺陷,大大扭曲了一国实际的发展水平,不能较为准确地反映一国人民实际享受的生活福利水平。国内外学者对之进行了考正,提出了多种指标体系,但仍有许多不足之处。因此,就有必要吸收这些成果中较为科学合理的成分,用'社会经济发展水平综合指标'来衡量,并借之初步估算中国经济发展实际水平和在世界各国中大致的排列位次。

There are serious shortcomings in the traditional method of measuring the economic development level of a country by GNP per capita.The method misinterprets the actual development level and fails to reflect exactly people's welfare.Scholars at home and abroad have gone into the matter seriouly and suggested some target systems which are not considered as perfect yet.It is on the basis of those systems that a new measuring method using comprehensive targets of social economic development level is proposed in this paper,by which China's actual economic development level as well as position among the countries of the world are estimated preliminarily.
